Old cut diamonds of this quality are very rare indeed; this dazzling stone possesses unique fire and scintillation. The hand-crafted facets are uniquely positioned; no other diamond will look the same. It holds your gaze and pulls you towards it with its watery clarity. The ring was handmade during the Art Deco period. It is stamped PLAT, which is typical of the period, and tests as platinum. The shoulders are tapered towards the diamond and there are six pairs of delicate but firm double claws to the setting.
