About This Piece
 
This hinged collarette necklace was designed, crafted and set in our London workshop, 8 Ely Place as part of a two-piece suite. It is set with just under 140cts of custom cut orange citrines sourced by us from Brazil. The piece is finished in 18ct yellow gold and platinum with an assortment of marquise and round brilliant cut white diamonds, totalling 15.14cts.
 
The design includes a bespoke mechanism which allows the 37.61ct custom pear cut which sits as the collar’s centrepiece to detach and be worn as a brooch, alone or with the full suite.

From an initial design to a finished piece of jewellery, each stage of the process takes place at 8 Ely Place, our London workshop. Under the guidance of our Workshop Manager and Head Goldsmith, Lorne Mehlstaubler, our goldsmiths and gemsetters work with both traditional and modern techniques to create beautiful, timeless jewellery. Every piece that leaves the house is accompanied by a ‘Made in London’ seal as a mark of its quality and craftsmanship.
