Released in this configuration in 2023, the 5905R-010 offers huge amounts of detail for even the most discerning connoisseur. The 42mm case is crafted from 18ct Rose Gold, with a myriad of angles and curves executed in typically precise manner. The dial is blue with a sunburst finish, with a 60 minute counter on the subdial for the chronograph function. The day, date and month are displayed in their own apertures across the top of the dial for maximum legibility.
 
The movement is the self-winding Caliber CH 28‑520 QA 24H, featuring an annual calendar complication which requires adjustment just once per year and a flyback chronograph function, operated via the pushers at two and four o'clock.
 
This watch comes complete with Patek Philippe box and papers dated 2024.
